Our recipes are influenced by the Sonora region of Mexico, steeped in tradition and flavor for hundreds of years. We use only the finest ingredients and prepare them fresh throughout the day.

Discounts on small and large pitchers of margaritas (on the rocks only!), imported and domestic beers and well drinks.

Brisket Tacos: Sliced pieces of smoked brisket served up street taco-style in three soft white corn tortillas.  Comes with Mexican rice, refried beans, garnish salad and a KC-Mex barbecue sauce on the side. 


Wednesday (Not available at this time)
Tacos Pastor: Grilled diced pork, marinated in guajillo chile's and pineapple, served up street taco-style in three soft white corn tortillas.  Comes with Mexican rice, refried beans, and a garnish salad. 


Thursday (Not available at this time)
 Brisket Burritos: Pieces of sliced, smoked brisket and refried beans rolled up in two flour tortillas, topped with your choice of white or yellow chili con queso.  Comes with Mexican rice, refried beans and a garnish salad. 



Smoking is available in designated areas on the patio, when open.


Our full-service bar pours only premium liquors. We offer a smoke-free atmosphere and courteous staff.  Our full menu is served at the bar.   

Party Room

Call for information on renting Ponak's Private Party Room. Great for larger parties. Monday-Thursday only. 




Dinner Reservations (Parties of 5 or more)  
Accepted Monday-Thursday during normal business hours for parties of 5 or more people. All members of the party must be present to be seated. Reservations will be held for 10 minutes after the scheduled time.  If your party fails to appear we will fill your reservation with a different party. Parties of 12 or more must be one check.
